It’s not a secret that Feminism is a subversive hate movement promoting Marxism.  Herbert Marcuse of Frankfurt School of Cultural Marxism, CIA (OSS), and the father of Critical Theory and the Radical Left movement once said that Feminism is the most promising vehicle for changing Western society.   If by that he meant destroying Western society, the nuclear family, and the men that protected it all, then ‘mission accomplished.’

But one would at least expect mainstream Feminists to speak out about the epidemic of mass gang rapes of German women and girls by African and Middle Eastern welfare ‘migrants’.  Setting aside all the other crimes and ‘no-go zones’ caused by third world foreign nationals, the simple question is, does the epidemic of mass gang rapes of white women and girls at least warrant the feminist establishment to mobilize, campaign, and condemn the politicians who are enabling it?  Or is fighting against mass rape of girls now in conflict with the feminists’ greater agenda of destroying all white Christian nations? 

It is not just in Germany but all over Europe white women and girls are being gang raped by vicious third world people who invade and overtake European communities in every sense of the word.  Even the children of these ‘migrants’ are violent.

Just last month, a 14 year old Belgium girl was taken to the woods during the Christian Easter celebration by a 16 year old Somalian who set her up to be gang raped by 10 Somali ‘migrants’ ranging in age from 11-16 years old.  The girl was kept in the woods for two days being tortured, gang raped, and recorded by her attackers who later posted videos on social media.  None of the gang rapists are likely to ever be jailed under Belgium law, and in fact they are being portrayed as victims.  And that is the norm across Europe. 

In another case in Belgium a young girl was gang raped by a group of ‘migrant’ men who also videotaped and posted the attack on social media.  The girl committed suicide.

Where are all the leftists and social justice warriors fighting to protect these white women and girls from the real ‘rape culture’ and its perpetrators invading Europe and America?

Instead, the corrupt European and American establishment actively protects third world gang rapists, and shifts the blame on white men and Christian culture.  

According to the doctrine of Critical Theory and Intersectionality, all blame falls on the white men for everything that happens—that is the narrative.

This may explain why in Germany, a 27-year-old politician named Marie-Thérèse Kaiser was recently prosecuted and convicted for the crime of “Incitement to Hatred” for posting a link to data showing Afghani nationals are committing vast number of gang rapes of German girls.  In other words, gangs of illegal alien rapists in Germany are protected and treated as victims, while a German woman who posted a link to the data is punished and given a criminal record for “Incitement to Hatred.”  

Kaiser’s real so-called ‘crime’ was that she spoke the truth.  Had she found some way to blame white men and “rape culture” she would be praised, not prosecuted.  But she spoke the truth, and truth is a crime in Germany today, as it is in Europe and America.

Sweden was once considered a utopian nation but is now the ‘rape capital of Europe’ after being overrun with third world foreigners not fit for any society that respects human rights, or indoor plumbing for that matter.  Beautiful blonde Swedish women and girls are hunted and brutally raped by African and Middle Eastern perpetrators while their Feminist politicians, like Barbro Sörman, suggested migrant rape isn’t that bad, and is “worse” if Swedish men do it.

In Italy, women are terrified to walk the streets in their towns because they are being harassed and raped by gangs of Africans who are allowed to do whatever they want without facing consequences.

Paris, once known as a city of beauty, art, and architecture is now an open air toilet that looks more like Haiti with mass rapes, murders, riots, homeless encampments, and burning of historic churches. 

London has turned in to a third world with people that don’t care for women’s rights any more than they care for free speech at Speakers’ Corner.  Instead, British authorities allow third world gang rapists to enslave and traffic underage white British girls, while setting up Sharia Law in their communities.  The British authorities protect these foreign rapists and traffickers, and instead prosecute citizens like Tommy Robinson for speaking out against it.

In Ireland, communities are being overrun by violent Africans.  Like all European people, the Irish are being abused in the nation their forefathers suffered and died to protect.  Children are not safe to be alone even in public bathrooms because they are being raped.  But instead of getting legal and political protection, they get foreign nationals, like African born mayor Lillian Seenoi-Barr, shoehorned in to powerful ruling positions to attack and slander white Irish people for opposing more African resettlement, while claiming suppressed ‘true’ history shows Africans built Ireland.

What is happening in Europe and America is not just mass assaults, rapes, and murders, but the replacement of the white people and culture using political and judicial corruption and historic revisionism.

All over Europe the so-called ‘migrants’ are establishing Islamic religion and culture which Europeans must accept in their own Christian nations. It is not just a violent cultural invasion taking place, but a spiritual one that is subjugating white Christian Europeans.

It is somewhat a unique situation in Germany, where some 80 years after WW2, the German people are still being punished and not allowed to have self-determination, freedom of speech, freedom of association, or even the basic human right and dignity to say “No.”  The Germans and all other white Europeans must now scream “No” at the top of their lungs, and take action or face the end of their beautiful cultures, people, and history.

Europe and America is being deliberately overrun by violent and aggressive third world people who are not compatible with the concept of Self Rule, Christian traditions, or an open and civil society.  These people do not assimilate as they culturally and demographically destroy and reshape the societies they occupy. 

What will happen to Europe and America is what happened to white societies in Ancient Egypt, Constantinople, and more recently in South Africa.  White people will be displaced, their history and culture will be overwritten, and their achievement usurped. Already it’s impossible to watch most movies about European history, or fairy tales, without seeing African, Indian, and Middle Eastern actors playing central character roles. And white people are demonized in movies and children’s text books.  This is historic vandalism which white people have been shamed in to silence about.

And it is one thing that staggering amounts of resources are being looted from struggling European and American families to fund the lifestyles of invading foreign nationals; it is another when white people are not even allowed to speak out or protest against the mass rapes, murders, robberies, and abuse of the elderly at the hands of third world criminals. 

Is this not the greatest racial ‘hate crime’ in the world today being committed against white people of Europe, America, Canada, Australia, and South Africa?  

White families are being impoverished and displaced by millions of foreign nationals who invade their communities and bring their third world culture with them.  The disappearing white children are being outnumbered, bullied, and attacked by illegal migrant youths.

If even mass gang rapes of white children do not prompt people to stand up and take action, then Western civilization and its people have no chance to survive eventual extinction.

In America, white people are second class citizens with all economic and educational preferences going to non-whites and illegal aliens.  White families are collapsing. White children are now minorities in many counties and school systems.  Many major cities have courts, prisons, and social service offices so full of illegal aliens that English is barely spoken there.   

White women are pressured and discouraged from having white children or living a traditional lifestyle. Young white men are institutionally abused and displaced and are in crisis of ‘failure to launch’.  There is an epidemic of white men dying in America by suicide and drug overdose.  The white population in America and Europe is collapsing.

Those who lost the will to live need only find the will to fight.  Life has meaning if there is something worth fighting for.  Europe and America are worth fighting for.  Families and children are worth fighting for.  And the first step in that fight is to stop using all politically correct language and start bluntly speaking the truth without shame or apologies.

White people must stop being so naïve, nice, and polite to people who are not very nice towards them. 

People of Europe and America, especially women, must start using their voices to loudly say “No more.”  Finding the courage to openly speak out and say “no” is the first step in fighting for change.

Standing up for white women and children who are being raped, and for men and boys who are being abused, shamed, blamed, and prosecuted in to submission and suicide, is a moral and ancestral duty of all civilized human beings.

It is either find the courage to fight, or live out a coward’s life watching your nation, culture, and people suffer abuse and subjugation.

Like all American wars since the assassination of John F. Kennedy, the war with Russia is being waged for the sole benefit of ruling elites.  Today they hold more power over America than the forces of undue corporate influence which Dwight Eisenhower warned about in his 1961 farewell address.  

It is important to pause and make a clear distinction.  The ruling elites have nothing to do with actual Americans and Europeans who are powerless over their domestic and foreign policies perpetrated in their name by corrupted power structures. 

The war on Russia is an elitist effort to seize control of its vast resources, end its sovereignty, break up its 1200 year old territory, and topple its Orthodox Christian culture.

Even the red ‘color’ communist revolution in 1917, which resulted in mass murder of millions of Russians, was an international operation.  Communists split Russia up in to republics and let Germany and Poland seize its most industrialized territories.  And during Russia’s civil war that followed, US President Woodrow Wilson sent 13,000 American troops to invade and annex part of Siberia.

Once Soviet Union (Russia) defeated Nazi Germany saving Europe and the world from Fascism, Britain’s Winston Churchill urged US President Harry Truman to begin a nuclear attack to destroy Russia while it was still weakened by the Nazi’s genocide of 27 million of its people.  

Thousands of Nazi war criminals were rescued from prosecution by American government and employed to continue their war against Russia.  British and American intelligence agencies took over Nazi’s vast intelligence network and created Operation Gladio, a secret army conducting assassinations, psychological warfare, and false flag terrorist bombings of Europeans to blame on Soviet Union (Russia).  

Following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, territories that were always part of Russia were now divided in to new countries, economically exploited, and their leaders and even children subjected to 'reeducation’ and radicalization by western NGOs. Russia's and Ukraine's history was completely re-written in children’s text books supplied by western funded organizations.  Discriminatory laws against Russians, their language, culture, and history were codified by regimes installed inside Russia’s historic territories.  Hundreds of American funded NGO’s operate inside Russia to subvert its institutions and undermine its government, its children’s education, and its Orthodox Christian culture.     

Geo-politically, despite US government assurances, US and NATO expanded in to former Soviet republics and built military and missile bases near Russia.   For the past two decades America conducted ‘color revolutions’ in former Soviet republics such as Ukraine and Georgia.  America funded and trained Neo-Nazi militias and set up secret biological warfare labs in Ukraine.   

In 1999 radicalized Islamists armed and supported by US started a war to annex Russian territory and conduct terrorist attacks in Russia.  In 2003 US backed the Georgian “Rose Revolution” to overturn its election to install an anti-Russia regime instead.  In 2004 US backed the “Orange Revolution” in Ukraine to overturn its democratic election and replace its leaders.  In 2008, despite Russia’s objections,  US and NATO announced further expansion plans in to Georgia and Ukraine. US then supported the Georgian newly installed regime to begin a military attack on Russia.  In 2014 US funded and backed a violent coup d’état in Ukraine and installed a Nazi regime which conducted ethnic and cultural cleansing and mass murder of over 14,000 unarmed Russian civilians.

In June 2022, Pentagon admitted to funding 46 secret bio-labs in Ukraine that experimented with highly dangerous pathogens in violation of Biological Weapons Convention.  The allegations and lab documents suggest the secret bio warfare labs throughout Ukraine were testing pathogens on Slavic genome and unwitting human subjects.

The disastrous US policies in Ukraine and Russia have been headed by Victoria Nuland, the current US Undersecretary of State who following the coup in 2014 bragged that it only cost America $5 billion to conduct the regime change. 

Nuland is also a board member of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) which engages in activities formerly conducted by the CIA, such as overthrowing elected governments to install its own. 

Victoria Nuland’s husband is US Foreign Policy Advisor Robert Kagan who co-founded the neoconservative Project for the New American Century.  PNAC advocated for America’s world domination through military force and illegal pre-emptive wars under the cover of war on terror and democracy building.  PNAC’s report stated that race specific biological weapons are “politically useful tools.”

PNAC report further concluded its policies could not be advanced without a “catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor.”  The report was published exactly one year before the September 11 terrorist attacks took place.  Afterwards, Kagan made false claims blaming Iraq to start what became a $4 trillion dollar war that left over a million people dead, and left the Middle East in chaos.  The war on terror resulted in new radical regimes, an ISIS caliphate, over $80 billion of new weapons left behind in Iraq and Afghanistan, and millions of African and Middle Eastern ‘migrants’ flooding in to America and Europe.

PNAC’s Signatories to Statement of Principles were a who’s who of high ranking US officials responsible for catastrophic wars.  And as the Western funded Nazis in Ukraine marched a whole generation of 500,000 young men to their death at gun point, the British and American officials continue to insist Ukraine is a good investment.

After 2 years and some $200 billion of western funding, Ukraine is on the verge of total collapse and disintegration.  Victoria Nuland recently traveled to Ukraine in person to mitigate the Nazi regime’s internal turmoil.  The Biden administration seeks another $60 billion aid package for Ukraine, while some in Congress suggest American troops will need to be sent to fight Russia.

Even if World War 3 is averted, the current policies threaten to collapse American and European economies and the dollar based monetary system.  It is becoming clear that the longer the war with Russia continues, the more likely it will result in America’s far reaching strategic, monetary, and economic failures.  Yet despite the unwinnable reality of the situation, neither Washington nor Europe is willing to allow Ukraine to sign a peace deal with Russia. 

No nation is benefiting more from this war and the sanctions against Russia than China.   Russian and Chines cooperation is now greater than it has ever been.  China is now supplied with all the cheap Russian energy to supercharge its economy’s competitive advantage. 

American and European use of sanctions, monetary and trade restrictions, and illegal seizure of $300 billion of Russian reserve funds has undermined confidence in the dollar based monetary system.  Nations are looking towards BRICS and increasingly conducting trade in Chinese Yuan to avoid America’s politically weaponized dollar system.

If the US dollar loses its world reserve currency status, America will collapse in ways most people cannot grasp.  Even now, economically, politically, judicially, and demographically America is already collapsing.  Tens of millions of illegal aliens are invading America seeking a welfare utopia.  It is hard to imagine how America can survive absent a profound awakening of American will.

America has been governed by corrupt traitors who for decades deliberately steered America’s foreign, domestic, and immigration policies in to disaster for the benefit of special interests.   Perhaps someday historians will figure out why this was deliberately done to America and the world. 

Until then, China will continue cheering it on as it moves closer to becoming the world’s premier super power and its Yuan the world’s new reserve currency.

Martin was convicted of killing his neighbors, Edward Dansereau and Calvin and Pamela Phillips in 2015.

I previously talked about Martin’s conviction and the legal burden of an appeal following his trial in 2021.

The Kentucky Supreme Court’s decision is mixed on several levels. 

Honorable Justice Nickell dissented from the majority and was joined by Justice Conley.  The written dissent articulated an extensive legal basis for why Christian Martin’s appeal should be granted based on clearly unfair prejudice committed against him at trial. 

At one point Justice Nickell called the evidence presented against Martin “underwhelming.” 

That same false and unfairly prejudicial evidence was apparently ignored by the other judges, who condemned this man to prison for the rest of his life.

The majority decision even cites lapses in Kentucky laws and trivial procedural missteps by the defense counsel as somehow reasons for this appeal court to throw its arms in the air and let this man rot in prison for life.  The court’s decision is immoral given all the facts and evidence in this case.

Martin was originally indicted and charged based on completely false claims made about evidence to the grand jury by police and prosecutors.  In other words, the grand jury was swindled to return an indictment against Martin.

Martin was then tried and convicted by prosecutorial misconduct, deliberate trickery, and grossly unfair, false, and misleading “evidence” used to confuse and misguide the jury. 

It could not have been accomplished without the help of a trial judge who consistently made very biased evidentiary rulings aimed at helping the prosecution get Martin convicted by any unethical means.  

Martin has now been denied his direct appeal because the Kentucky Supreme Court is also unable to follow its own case law and its own well established legal precedents to allow this man and his family the protection of a fair and ethical justice system.

My hat is off to Honorable Justices Nickell and Conley.  The rest of the judges are a disgrace, along with the police, prosecutors, and the trial court in this case.

Consistently Christian Martin has been denied a fair hearing of facts and evidence. Consistently he has been forced to meet an ever higher burden to find justice that is made ever more unattainable at every step of the way.

Everyday Martin sits in prison is evidence of Kentucky’s inability to administer justice, and the failure of his attorneys and self-promoting ‘activists’ to do what needs to be done to help this man and his family.

It is a disgrace.

Once the Nazi army occupied Kiev in September of 1941, its SS death squads perpetrated one of the most unfathomable and sadistic acts of mass murder in human history.

In just two days 34,000 people, including infants and elderly, were stripped naked, robbed, bludgeoned, shot, and thrown down a 100 foot ravine.  Infants where brutally murdered in front of their mothers. Young girls were dragged away to be raped and murdered. Old men were beaten and had their gold teeth pulled out before being bludgeoned to death.  

The living, the wounded, and the dead would end up piled on top of each other at the bottom of the ravine. 

Many were buried alive. Some lucky few managed to crawl their way out from under the corpses in the night to later bare witness to what was done to them.

The killings at the ravine continued for two years with estimated 100,000-150,000 Jews, Russians, Ukrainians, Gypsies, and others ending up mass murdered by German occupiers and their Western Ukrainian collaborators.

The full extent of the horror that took place and reported by survivors is impossible to fully convey to the modern generation that is so far removed from WW2 and the mass murder of 27-40 million people in the Soviet Union by the Nazis.

The SS mobile extermination squad Einsatzgruppen C was responsible for the mass murder of virtually all Jews in Kiev in September of 1941. Babi Yar was one of thousands of Nazi mass murder sites of Slavs and Jews.

In addition to numerous eye witness accounts, the 34,000 victims were documented by Nazi SS’s own detailed records and reports to Berlin.

Twenty two Einsatzgruppen mobile death squad leaders were prosecuted at Nuremberg for murdering two million people in Soviet Union, with over a million victims detailed in Nazi’s own documents.

The young American prosecutor, Benajamin Ferencz, described the case against the Nazis as a “slam dunk” due to their own well documented personal accounting reports.

The commander of Einsatzgruppen C which conducted the Babi Yar massacre, Otto Rasch, was terminally ill during the trial. Prosecutor Benjamin Ferencz had him brought to court on a stretcher before he died.

Presently in September of 2023, 82 years to the month of the Babi Yar massacre, Canada’s House of Commons, Prime Minister Justine Trudeau, and Ukraine’s Neo-Nazi regime head Vladimir Zelensky gave a standing ovations to a 98 year old Waffen SS Nazi who was part of a Western Ukrainian division committing mass murder and crimes against humanity during WW2.

What was allowed to be done to people of the Soviet Union by German, Romanian, and Western Ukrainian Nazis while much of Europe allied itself with Hitler must never be forgotten, and never be white washed. 

Anyone questioning what Nazi Germans did to millions of Slavs and Jews with the help of brutal Western Ukrainian Nationalists and other collaborators needs to study what was done in Kiev before the Red Army finally liberated Ukraine in 1943.   

Failure to learn true history and its lessons misleads new generations to rationalize wars, crimes against humanity, demonization of history’s heroes, and glorification of history’s monsters.

Female defendants and prosecutor Daniel Steffen of Burnett County, Wisconsin came to a mutually beneficial arrangement where in exchange for sex the females would receive leniency in their criminal cases. 

Steffen and the women he was prosecuting would exchange texts and meet at his house, or his office, for sex which he secretly videotaped. 

The criminal complaint against him stated that:

‘While the defendant and Victim #1 are still engaged in sex, the defendant looks at the camera, sticks his tongue out, and winks several times,’ and can be heard repeatedly telling the victim, ‘Who’s in charge?’

Indeed, who is in charge?

Steffen’s and the women’s sexual arrangement came to an end when “Victim #1” openly told people she was having sex with the county prosecutor in exchange for leniency in her pending criminal cases.  According to reports, there were at least 3 known females engaging in similar arrangements with Steffen.

One might think that Steffen would face a slew of charges of sexual coercion, extortion, taking bribes, and corrupting criminal prosecutions. But Steffen was prosecuted and convicted only for secretly videotaping the sex acts with the women without their permission, for which the judge sentenced him to 18 months in prison.  This suggests that the sexual arrangement between Steffen and the women while extremely immoral and illegal, was still consensual.

But was justice served?  What about the women who willingly paid bribes of sex in order to subvert their criminal cases? Are they ‘victims’ merely because their crimes were captured on video without their knowledge? There is no expectation of privacy for people engaging in crimes, and exchanging sex for abuse of prosecutorial discretion is illegal.

In the end, no one was held accountable for the actual corruption and the sex-bribe scandal.

Which begs the question, ‘Who’s in charge’ of these decisions if not other morally bankrupt prosecutors?

Having watched Andrew Tate’s 2 ½ hour interview with Tucker Carlson on July 11, 2023, I was surprised to learn how fundamentally toxic Andrew Tate’s advice is to young men.  

Tate outlined that men need to cast aside their depressions and feelings and just man-up, be strong, be stoic, and become ultra-competitive against other men in order to gain women’s approval and access to sex.    He spoke about what he believes the value and measure of men should be, namely, men should earn a lot of money, drive nice cars, and have “six pack” abs.  In other words for men to be more like him if they want to be considered winners.  Failing to do so, according to Tate, makes men unworthy of women’s respect, the respect of society, and the respect of their children.  

Tate uses logic that turns the definition of dignity and self-respect on its head. 

In one example, he claimed that a 52 year old man who cannot find anyone of quality to have sex with is simply not being man enough.  Tate suggests that men who cannot impress women with money and abs are lacking ambition and self-respect. 

What Tate did not discuss in any detail was the women that so many hard working and self-sacrificing men end up catching (and I mean catching like one catches a venereal disease).  

The world young men live in today presents them with women who are less intelligent than ever, more promiscuous than ever, more mentally ill than ever, and feel more entitled than ever—all while the power of the State rewards women’s moral degeneracy and their abuse of men. 

What Andrew Tate advocates is for men to be so-called ‘real men’ and be ultra-competitive against each other by waking up earlier, working harder, and earning more than other men while growing bigger biceps and six packs to earn women’s validation.  Having accomplished all that, he argues, men would have “self-respect” for women to follow their lead.  Exactly how this works he doesn’t explain, nor how countless men who have amassed vast fortunes, great wisdom, power, and physical fitness still failed to succeed in relationships with modern women.  Tate himself, having fathered children with differnt women and presumably following his own advice has not found a woman he would settle down with.  

When Tucker Carlson asked Tate “what do you think of women?” Tate responded that 40% of the letters he got in jail were love letters from women who were attracted to his masculinity, and that most women who “haven’t lost their minds” just want to be “financially provided for and physically protected” by men. He acknowledged that women hold great power in society and control access to sex. When Tucker Carlson stated that by most metrics women have become far more unhappy since 1970, Tate replied, “How can you be happy when all the men around you are not men?”

While Tate admits women have great power and influence over men in our society, he then turns around and shoots his own logic in the foot by claiming women’s unhappiness and failures are actually the men’s fault for not being men enough.  Furthermore, he claims men have been “destroyed” but holds women largely harmless for that, and claims men is the reason why women are unhappy and emotionally unstable.

Tate then proceeds to claim that women sleeping around with countless men is also men’s fault because women are merely looking for a good protector and provider who is moral enough for women to settle down with.  In other words, because men are not moral enough for women, they are forced to sleep around with countless men searching for that one good man. 

Tate then talked about women’s evolutionary nature to survive as justification for them sleeping with invading enemy army’s soldiers (as French women did with Nazi soldiers who killed their husbands), and how women are just more naïve, more emotional, and more likely to believe mass media propaganda. He then states that “it’s not a woman’s job to be emotionally stable”, and argued that it is up to the man to be the source of women’s emotional and mental stability as well as their happiness.

What Andrew Tate believes is that the bulk of responsibility for modern women’s toxicity and failure falls largely on men, and unless men become Übermenschen to gain women’s validation and respect, then they are losers and failures in life. 

Tate’s assertions are as fundamentally flawed as they are destructive to any young man who believes them.  On one hand Tate argues that women have power over society and men, and on the other he argues that it’s men’s responsibility and fault for not sacrificing themselves enough to make women happy and mentally stable.  His most basic position that men need to be more competitive, more financially successful and more physically fit to be considered real men worthy of women’s respect is like saying that the only way a slave could gain respect and freedom is by being the best slave he can be to his master. 

Perhaps Andrew Tate is presenting his more politically correct attacks on men just to show his critics that he is not a ‘misogynist.’ After all, trashing and blaming men for all women’s ills is always welcomed in modern society and would appease some of Tate’s critics.  But the hard truth–the non-politically correct one–is that modern women are morally corrupt, promiscuous to the point of being repulsive to men, feel entitled from the moment they learn to flex their sexual power to get whatever they want, and have been given a license by society and the State to use and abuse men and boys without facing consequences. 

Many modern women exhibit signs of narcissistic or borderline personality disorders, and like Andrew Tate, they too believe all their unhappiness is the fault of men who just failed to meet their delusional expectations and demands.

Most modern women in our hostile society are not worth men’s sacrifices, and they are certainly not men’s responsibility.  No young man should strive to submit his self-worth and personal interests for spoiled and morally corrupt women’s approval.  Nor should any young man feel responsible to make those women happy.  What Andrew Tate is actually preaching is for men to be weak and submissive to women.  Men, however, can only have respect and self-worth when they are centered in their own being and strong enough to reject any care for what women or society thinks or wants them to sacrifice against their own interests. 

Men’s lives, happiness, and fulfillment matters.  They should not be taught to sacrifice themselves to someone else as any kind of precondition.  Men, going their own way, is the very definition of being strong, of having self-worth, and having self-respect.  If women want a strong man, there is non-stronger than one going his own way rather than cucking himself for someone else’s approval.

In the past few years there have been numerous reports of Maine lawyers engaging in sexual relations with their female clients in the course of representing them in divorces and other legal matters.   Judging by the number of reports this may be a bigger problem than anyone realizes.  

In the most recent case an attorney was reprimanded for having a sexual relationship with a female client he was representing in a divorce and protection from abuse matter.  The judge ruled that he should have merely obtained signed informed consent from her of any potential conflicts of interest.  

One would imagine that a personal, emotional, and sexual investment in a divorce proceeding would be an insurmountable conflict of interest that should disqualify any attorney who is so personally involved, yet there are many such cases in Maine and the rules have massive loopholes.  

And what is not being reported are any cases of females engaging in sexual relations with police or prosecutors who may have direct or indirect conflicts of interest.  Nor anything about police officers who abuse their power to win favor with attractive damsels in distress.

One sheriff’s deputy in Maine who was marginally involved in a case decided to unofficially approach the woman in the case and offer her his personal help.  She lost her parental rights and was making false criminal allegations as a way to game a child custody battle.

The deputy created a police report, then withheld and destroyed exculpatory evidence in violation of a court order, and then used his official standing to advocate for the woman as a witness in a criminal case.  He was even caught committing perjury.  The unanswered question is what motivated him to engage in such misconduct?

If men with power even remotely imagine sexual opportunities with a damsel in distress, or if women even subtly use their sexuality to gain influence, it can profoundly personalize and pervert the course of justice.  And in cases where there are actual sexual relations with police or with officers of the court, then due process becomes corrupted beyond redress.

One former longtime Maine District Attorney settled a lawsuit against him for openly referring to the women around him as “sluts” and “whores.” Beyond all the clutching of the pearls that followed, one adult question remains–why did a long time District Attorney feel that the women he was dealing with warranted such labels?  Was it due to the number of false sexual assault claims being made to his office or was it the reputations of some of the complaining women? It is a question worth asking.

Recently, a Maine judge was placed on leave and subsequently two females filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment at an out of state conference. One woman is a drug court employee, and the other woman is a district attorney who claims the judge propositioned her for sex within 3 minutes of meeting her.  Arguably the most troubling lawsuit allegation is that he was:  

“known to show favoritism toward young, attractive, female drug treatment court clients. Judge Budd treats such clients more favorably than male clients, or clients that he does not deem sexually attractive.”

Such alleged gender discrimination by a presiding court judge appears to be another civil rights abuse scandal that will never be investigated by the Maine Attorney General.

Some of these sexual relationships might seem like some depraved win-win arrangements if they were not done at the expense of all the innocent men who might be unfairly or more aggressively prosecuted, or punished, or end up losing their children, their assets, their freedom, and even end up losing their life.

Apparently men are just not sexy enough to get equal justice, or even get any legal aid representation in their divorces.  When the courts are done with men, many are left broke and broken.

It is no wonder why the male suicide rate has been off the charts for many years.  No media outlets ever report how many men are driven to suicide as a result of legal abuse and the loss of their parental rights.  Many of these men are veterans who are driven to suicide by the abuse in the divorce court.

And what do some of these cases say about the women who are willing to trade sex or get in to relationships with their divorce attorney in the course of their legal cases?  Are these women victims?  

There is silence about this from the radical feminist groups who have spent decades corrupting the justice system at every level to the point that it is Constitutionally unrecognizable.  Perhaps these groups view such sexual relationships with attorneys as female empowerment.

But such attorney/client relationships don’t seem to end well for the men, and no surprise, some ironically end up facing false abuse or ethics complaints when such relationships run their course.  

Earlier I mentioned loopholes in the ethics code.  According to American Bar Association rules, sexual relationship between an attorney and his female client apparently does not violate ethics rules so long as the relationship precedes the legal representation.  In other words, so long as the lawyer engages in a sexual relationship with his female client in the course of her extra marital affair or before he starts legally representing her, than this is considered ethical under the ABA rules.  Or, the lawyer and his female client could simply claim they were in a relationship prior to the legal representation, and who could disprove that in a course of a mere ethics complaint?  

Perhaps the Courts should just issue clear guidance concerning how their own “officers of the court” should be providing legal services to divorcing women who they are having sex with.

Likewise, it would be helpful for men to know exactly who do they have to sleep with in order to find justice in the legal system?    Because like the courts, and the gender discriminatory legal aid agencies, even the suicide hotline phones on Maine bridges don’t work for the desperate men that need them most.

Exactly 80 years ago today, my grandfather, Yefim Filler, was killed in battle fighting the Nazi German invaders.  

My grandfather was a very patriotic and brave fighter.  He enlisted immediately on June 23, 1941- which was the very next day after Nazi Germany began invading Soviet Union.  My grandfather faced an enemy that came to engage in mass extermination of Slavs and Jews in an effort to colonize Russian lands.  Methodically, as the German army advanced, it was followed behind by Nazi mass murdering death squads known as “Eisatzgruppen.”

Eisatzgruppen rounded up and murdered civilians as part of Nazis’ detailed “General Plan OST (East)”, which was prepared for Hitler as a blueprint for exterminating Slavic people and resettling Germans on their lands.  It is estimated that between 27-40 million Soviet men, women, and children were murdered by the Nazis during WW2.

In one of his last communications with my grandmother, my grandfather assured her he and his fellow soldiers were ready to “fight to the death” against Nazi invaders to defend the motherland.  My grandmother, a very smart and strong woman, was six months pregnant at the time and caring for their four children. She made a fateful decision to ignore my grandfather’s advice and instead took their children, while pregnant, and physically fought a huge crowd in order to evacuate Kiev to go further in to Russia. By making that decision she saved all our lives. Most of their friends, neighbors, and family members who did not evacuate were mass murdered by the Nazis.

After entering and occupying the city of Kiev, on September 29-30, 1941 the German army with the help of Bandera Nazi Ukrainians, rounded up all the Jews in Kiev, then stripped, bludgeoned, raped, and executed all of them in the Babi Yar massacre.  In just those two days 33,771 people, mostly Jews, were shot and buried, even while still alive, in a ravine called Babi Yar. 

As a child, I recall my family passing the Babi Yar site and everyone knew that it was the place where the blood drenched soil moved for days following the massacre.  By the time the Russian army liberated Kiev, it is estimated that between 100,000 and 150,000 Jews and Christian Slavs were massacred and buried in the Babi Yar by the Nazis.  It is one of thousands of Nazi Eisatzgruppen mass murder sites in Soviet Union where millions were exterminated and buried.

My grandfather fought in the war for 1 ½ years, and ended up in one of the most hellish battle scenes of the war in what became known as Russia’s Demyansk Pocket, where the Red Army encircled the Nazis who attempted to take Moscow. 

By the winter of 1942-43, the tides were turning against the brutal Nazi invaders.  Decisive battles in places like Stalingrad and elsewhere dealt what would become fatal blows to German fantasies and its Third Reich.  But on February 8, 1943 my grandfather, a sniper in a shooting brigade, was killed in battle.  Within weeks of his death, the Germans responsible were surrounded and crushed.  My grandfather’s remains were buried and then reburied in a mass grave.  He died a hero and left behind my grandmother to raise their surviving five young children alone.

Today, 80 years later, Kiev is again occupied by the Bandera Nazis who proudly wear the Nazi swastika uniforms, tattoos, and fly Nazi flags in Kiev.  Russian language has been banned.  1200 year old Christian Orthodox Church has been banned.  WW2 Nazi war criminals now have streets renamed after them in Kiev.  WW2 memorials honoring Red Army heroes are torn down.  Survivors and WW2 heroes are being abused and prevented from celebrating Red Army’s victory over Nazism. 

Thousands of men, women, and small children have been murdered and crimes against humanity have been committed by the Kiev regime.  And today, Germany is again training and supplying heavy weapons to Ukrainian Neo-Nazis with the aim to kill Slavs and seize control of natural and strategic resources.

My grandfather, like 27 million of my people, gave his life to liberate all of Russia/Ukraine and the world from Nazism.  May he rest in peace, and may his spirit of patriotism and bravery live on in those who fight to liberate Kiev and the rest of Russian lands today.

According to his adult daughter Brittany Christensen, he was never violent and it was his new wife Marlena Lynn who was the abuser in the marriage.

She stated, “He’d been trying to figure out how to leave her.”

“She’s been abusive to our entire family for five years.”

According to Brittany, the claims Marlena made to the police that caused her father to be arrested were “riddled with lies.” Contrary to his polite suicide note, Brittany states her father’s suicide was his final attempt to get free from his abusive wife.

In his wife Marlena’s only public statement, she suggests that she is the victim as a result of his suicide.

Below is his suicide note.

From Justice Clarence Thomas, to Justice Brett Kavanaugh, to now, Maine District Attorney Matt Foster–another Republican and another long dismissed sexual abuse allegation publicized just 5 days before the election.  

Matt Foster’s attorney Walter McKee called the woman’s old allegations “baseless.” Years ago Foster fully cooperated and submitted to two lie detector tests given by separate examiners. 

“That showed that he was telling the truth that he never, ever engaged in any improper behavior at all. The matter was completely closed, correctly, at that time […] It is dumbfounding to see this kind of attack come against Matt, who was totally cleared of any wrongdoing, something this complainant knows full well. It is clearly an effort to smear Matt” said McKee. 

Foster himself categorically denied the allegations. “I stand by everything I said in these examinations, and which I have said from day one: I never engaged in any of this conduct,” Foster said. “I am outraged that these false statements are being made about me. I will not stand for it a moment longer.”

Foster was an Ellsworth Maine defense attorney who defended many innocent people that were prosecuted by former assistant district attorney Mary Kellett.  He ran and won the DA election in 2014 to replace a disgraced administration that had a record of engaging in prosecutorial misconduct.  

Not only were the disgraced prosecutors against Matt Foster, but even the former Attorney General Janet Mills tried to undermine Foster’s reforms by withholding funding he needed to hire new prosecutors for his office.

From the beginning, Foster was up against a corrupt system which did not want any changes to the status quo of the lawless cancer that fed on the lives of countless innocent and disadvantaged Mainers in Hancock and Washington counties.  The feminist activists, the police, the advocates, the investigators, and even defense attorneys have not appreciated Matt Foster cutting back frivolous prosecutions which deprived many people of their very lucrative income streams.  No one has reported about that. 

It is also about the corrupt power and influence, which radical feminist groups, some in law enforcement, and in the media, have enjoyed during the previous DA administration.  If there is one thing my own legal saga, my historic Bar Complaint, and my unprecedented Civil Rights Lawsuit showed me, it was that the former prosecutor in my case was only one cog in a well-greased wheel that with impunity could at any time crush anyone through the media, the police, and the court system.   

What Matt Foster did was clean up that District Attorney’s office for the first time in its history.  He also curbed the abuse of prosecutorial discretion and weighed the actual evidence and justice in cases rather than just trump up and fabricate charges to prosecute people. 

Foster publicly reaffirmed that his job as prosecutor was to seek justice and not merely a conviction.  He has declined to prosecute many cases for lack of evidence. For that, Matt Foster has been despised by the establishment and by the special interest groups, all who feed off prosecutorial corruption and people’s suffering.

Some law enforcement agencies have come out to endorse Foster’s opponent, who promises to bring back many more prosecutions of “he said/she said” cases, especially more cases referred for prosecution by local feminist groups.   This would be a return to disgraced former DA’s office policies which were aided and abetted by organizations like Next Step, but which many people called a “Modern Day Witch Hunt.”

Washington County Sheriff Barry Curtis and Representative William Tuell, have voiced criticism of Foster as part of their campaign to split the district to create their own District Attorney office in their much smaller and poorer county.  It is not clear whether those efforts could result in re-employing former county prosecutor Paul Cavanaugh, who lost the DA race to Matt Foster in 2014, and subsequently failed to even get appointed DA in another jurisdiction.  

Cavanaugh was the Washington County prosecutor in the previous DA administration, and was found by Federal Court to have engaged in defamation while acting as prosecutor.  In 2018 four top prosecutors from that 7^th District Attorney’s office settled my civil rights lawsuit with me.  Paul Cavanaugh, Mary Kellett, Michael Povich, and Carletta Bassano became the first prosecutors in Maine’s history to settle a civil rights lawsuit for subjecting me to what the Judge described as the “living embodiment of what Franz Kafka wrote about” in his novel The Trial.  These are the individuals who ran the 7^th District Attorney’s office for decades until Matt Foster took it over and cleaned it up.  

And while Washington County Sheriff Barry Curtis voices concerns for holding criminals accountable, his own deputy privately offered to help my accuser ex-wife, withheld a crucial exculpatory video tape, ignored a court order, and 10 years and two criminal trials later was finally caught giving false testimony about the withheld evidence.  I would like to know what Sheriff Barry Curtis did to hold his own deputy accountable for perjury and withholding exculpatory court ordered evidence from an innocent person? 

But today, it is reformer DA Matt Foster, the man who put an end to the culture of corruption in Ellsworth who is being publicly smeared using old allegations that were fully investigated and dismissed even by Janet Mills’ own Attorney General’s office.   

And it is ironic, that after I risked my life and endured threats intended to keep me silent about the misconduct of police and prosecutors, that the media in Maine has not been interested in reporting details of what I fought so hard to prove, and sacrificed so much to expose. 

Perhaps DA Matt Foster said it best in his recent closing statement at the candidates forum:  

“The people of Hancock and Washington Counties have a choice, they can vote to reelect me and my team to serve them competently and justly, or they can vote to send District 7 back to where it was before my administration–in trouble.  The choice is clear. I’d appreciate your support and your vote on November 8.” 

And I say, Amen to that.

Part I.

I remember Janet Mills.  During my bitter split up and child custody dispute I was subjected to false allegations, trumped up charges, and egregious prosecutorial and police misconduct.

Janet Mills, acting as Attorney General, reviewed the case after the trial Court overturned a false conviction due to prosecutor’s misconduct.  The prosecutor, Mary Kellett, by law had to obtain approval from Janet Mills to file an appeal.  If successful, the state’s appeal would have created a new legal precedent in Maine limiting the accused from defending themselves while allowing prosecutors to commit misconduct.  Most legal professionals who reviewed the record were shocked by the trumped up case and the misconduct, but not Janet Mills.  After reviewing the record she approved the prosecutorial misconduct and state’s appeal to the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.

Mills also assigned her staff prosecutors to help Mary Kellett craft the appeal for one of the most egregious examples of prosecutorial malfeasance in Maine’s history.  My life was turned in to a living nightmare.  I endured 12 years of legal battles, threats, criminal prosecutions, and false imprisonment before being fully vindicated.

My legal complaints resulted in the first prosecutor in Maine to be disciplined by the Board of Overseers of the Bar, and for the first Federal civil rights lawsuit against Maine prosecutors to be settled for charges of prosecutorial misconduct.  

Former Chief Justice of the Federal District Court issued an apology and called my experience in Maine’s legal system a “living embodiment of what Franz Kafka wrote about” in his novel The Trial.  Whether reluctantly or not, that Kafkaesque nightmare was approved and supported by Janet Mills.  

Despite numerous court findings and numerous under oath admissions by state perpetrators, not a single law enforcement officer or prosecutor has been held accountable.  None of the police officers were even placed on the Giglio List so their past misconduct could be disclosed in future cases they are involved in.

Janet Mills, as Attorney General and Governor, has not used her authority to hold abusive police and prosecutors to legal or professional standards. 

Part II.

Long before Governor Janet Mills’ Chinese-style lockdowns and persecution of mom-and-pop businesses, she openly advocated for Maine to be turned into East Germany styled police state.  Since 2007, Mills proposed the creation of a network of secret police informants throughout Maine communities.  Even hairdressers would be mandated to proactively engage in small talk with female customers in order to interrogate them about their husbands and their family lives. That information would be secretly reported to police handlers.  It reminded me of the Soviet Union, where neighbors would spy on each other for the state, and where everyone was forced to live in fear and suspicion of each other.  This is the Orwellian vision Janet Mills has articulated for Maine communities in the name of combating domestic violence.

Janet Mills, as a prominent feminist activist, spent much of her life defining and prosecuting the meaning of “consent”.  Yet Mills has used her power to force even medically trained doctors to submit to injections of experimental Covide-19 shots against their will.  “No” does not mean “no” to Janet Mills when she orders Mainers to submit.  If Janet Mills can decree even medical doctors to be injected with experimental drugs against their own medical objections, then what can’t she compel people of Maine to submit to?

But Mills does believe in civil rights, however not the kind most people would recognize. She charged a Christian protester with civil rights violations because he was preaching the bible outside an abortion clinic, which she claimed violated the ‘civil rights’ of people inside Planned Parenthood.  Publicly practicing Christianity is now a civil rights violation in Janet Mills’ Maine because it is deemed an interference to consultations encouraging Maine women to terminate their pregnancies.

And while Maine families are disappearing, Maine’s youth are suffering and dying from the opioid epidemic.  The number one cause of death of Maine men in their prime is suicide and drug overdose, yet for years Janet Mills not only ignored, but has shamed, blamed, and demonized Maine men and boys.

And as Mainers suffer with drugs, poverty, housing, and inflation, Janet Mills has focused on resettling countless thousands of illegal African migrants in to Maine communities.  Local homeless and disabled veterans and poor families struggle to find shelters and affordable housing, while thousands of illegal aliens are settled in to Maine shelters and hotels with all their expenses paid for by struggling taxpayers.

Janet Mills sued the Trump administration on behalf of millions of illegal aliens at a time when Maine has “no-go zones” where native Mainers are assaulted simply for walking in their own neighborhoods and public parks because African gangs have claimed some areas as their territory.  Maine children are labeled as ‘racist’ if they complain about the violence and the 3^rd world gangs that have been placed into their schools and communities.

The mass resettlement of illegal aliens from the 3^rd world brings more crime, more rapes,  more drugs, more sex trafficking, and more domestic violence.  It is native Mainers who are blamed for the crime statistics which are used by the State to justify more Orwellian laws and abuses against Maine families.

Janet Mills’ priorities have been abortions, divisive race and gender politics, and mass resettlement of criminal aliens into Maine.  This deliberate transformation of once peaceful Maine communities, of Maine traditions, and of Maine’s social cohesion into a 3^rd world hell hole, with a banana republic justice system, will be Janet Mills’ true legacy.

This week a disciplinary panel in Missouri recommended St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner be found guilty of egregious misconduct in her prosecution of republican Governor Eric Greitens.

The panel concluded that Gardner and an FBI agent both lied about evidence in a criminal case they pursued against Greitens.  The FBI agent, William Don Tisaby, pled guilty in March to tampering with evidence.

Governor Greitens was previously described by the New York Times as a “Rising GOP Star”, but was criminally charged by Kim Gardner for taking an alleged sexual photo of his ex-lover without her permission and for claims of campaign finance violations.

Greitens maintained his innocence and called it “legal harassment.”  After being forced to resign, the criminal case against him fell apart and a complaint was made against Kim Gardner for prosecutorial misconduct.

After an investigation and a hearing the Missouri disciplinary panel determined that Gardner willfully and deliberately lied and allowed an FBI agent to lie about evidence against Greitens.

Providing the proper evidence to defendants is “one of the most basic responsibilities of a prosecutor,” the panel said.   And yet despite recommending the State Supreme Court find her guilty, the panel recommended she not be punished.

If willfully and deliberately lying about evidence in a criminal case against an elected sitting Governor, who was then forced to resign, is not enough to warrant punishment, then what possible recourse does any average Missourian have by filing a disciplinary complaint against any corrupt prosecutor?

This is not the first time Kim Gardner has been mired in controversy after winning her first term as St. Louis’ Circuit Attorney (aka District Attorney) with funding from George Soros.

Gardner previously prosecuted a white couple for guarding their house while holding firearms after armed Black Lives Matter rioters broke on to their private property and threatened to rape and murder them. None of the criminal rioters were charged.

And like other radical, George Soros financed, pro-Black Lives Matter prosecutors, Kim Gardner’s woke racial equity reforms apparently involve not prosecuting black defendants for violent crimes, such as murder.  Gardner and her staff have been known not to show up to hearings, hence forcing the court to dismiss murder cases.  Last year in a span of one week the Court was forced by Gardner’s tactics to dismiss three separate murder cases.  In one of the cases the judge finally made it clear who was responsible, stating:

“In a case like this where the Circuit Attorney’s office has essentially abandoned its duty to prosecute those it charges with crimes, the court must impartially enforce the law and any resultant threat to public is the responsibility of the Circuit Attorney’s Office.”

While letting violent criminals walk, Gardner used her office to go after the police. Prosecuting offices are not tasked with doing criminal investigations, but Gardner’s office overstepped its role by conducting its own criminal investigations and prosecutions of police officers.

In 2019, the Missouri Police Union blasted Gardner’s office for “unprecedented abuse of power” in charging two police officers instead of the suspect they sought charges against for shooting at them.  In a statement, St. Louis Police Officers Association’s Jeff Roorda said:

“Kim Gardner has disregarded the statements of four police officers, video evidence and forensic evidence and instead decided to take the word of a would-be cop-killer who the police department describes as a known gang member and charged the victims in this crime [instead].”

The Police Union also called for a criminal investigation into Gardner’s finances.  The Missouri Ethics Commission fined Gardner $63,009 for concealing financial contributions and using her campaign funds for personal expenses.

In 2020 Gardner filed a federal civil rights lawsuit accusing the city, the local police union and others of entrenched racism and a racist conspiracy to block her reform agenda and force her out of office.

Like countless other criminal prosecutors across the country, Kim Gardner uses her office to engage in prosecutorial misconduct and civil rights abuse with impunity.

Thanks to the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel who failed the people of Missouri, Kim Gardner is free to use her law license and prosecutorial power to abuse the innocent, protect the guilty, and undermine the entire justice system in St. Louis.

Law enforcement and the judicial system fail the American people with their useless investigations and corrupt disciplinary board charades which routinely give lawless prosecutors a pass for their crimes.

Gardner is currently running for re-election, as one of 24 radical prosecutors elected in to office with the help of George Soros’s $29 million investment to reshape America using the unchecked power of the prosecutors.

Mike Perdue of Michigan, died using his body to cushion and shield his 11 year old daughter Lanley during a plane crash. The hero dad grabbed and held her body tight in a bear hug to protect her during impact.

The young girl was the sole survivor of the plane crash that left 4 others dead. She credits her father’s tight embrace for saving her life.

His wife, Christie Perdue, told ABC that, “Laney told me in the hospital that her last memory is that dad just grabbed her and held her really, really tight, and in my heart I know that protected her.”

Speaking to CNN, she stated that they originally planned to allow their daughter to fly alone that day to visit her friends on the island, but then her father decided that he should accompany her after all.

“He loves so deeply, and he showed people that love,” she said of her husband. “He was just an amazing human being and we’ll spend the rest of our life just honoring his memory.”

According to Feminism, the kind and selfless actions by the men in the video below constituted ‘misogyny’, which might explain the woman’s disdain towards these men for helping her.

Many young men marry and have children with women like this because they are never taught to have self-respect, or taught to say “no” to women.

In June 2018, a crew of six was on board the International Space Station (ISS) for a 7 month mission.  Like all space missions, it was a culmination of years of preparations, tests, simulations, and investment of hundreds of billions of dollars and dedication of thousands of people.

Less than 3 months in to the space mission, on August 30, 2018, the ISS suddenly began to lose air pressure causing the crew to scramble. Ground control calculated that there would be a complete loss of air on ISS within 18 days.  Finding the source of the air leak was akin to finding a needle in a hay stack, and if not managed quickly, it would force an emergency evacuation of the crew.

The Russian crew found the leak and against the recommendation of the American crew, undertook a risky but effective way to seal it.  The leak came from holes drilled in to the hull of the Russian habitation module’s toilet area, and was concealed by a cloth cover.

An official cited by Russian press stated that the person responsible for the holes clearly lacked knowledge of the Soyuz capsule’s structure and made eight attempts to drill holes, some in strange locations, with “a wavering hand” operating the drill, before finally getting one hole all the way through. They cite evidence that the holes were deliberately drilled from inside the craft and while it was in the weightless environment.

After an extensive investigation by the Roscosmos state space agency the matter has been referred for criminal charges.  Their official statement reads:

“All results of the investigation regarding the hole in the habitation compartment of the Soyuz MS-09 spacecraft have been handed over to law enforcement agencies.”

Officially few details have been released about the report; however, details of the investigation have been emerging through Russian news media.

The findings and allegations are shocking.

Russian news agencies RIA Novosti and TASS reported that NASA’s female astronaut Serena Maria Auñón-Chancellor drilled the holes “due to suffering [a psychological episode] after a failed romantic relationship with one of the crew members.”

TASS and Izvestia, citing a high ranking official source, reported that Auñón-Chancellor took drastic action to ‘speed up her return to Earth’.

Reports allege that the American crew commander, Andrew Fustel, submitted an emergency request to NASA to have Auñón-Chancellor evacuated from ISS due to a medical condition.  NASA allegedly refused the request.  A return from ISS requires three crew members.  In order to bring Auñón-Chancellor back to earth early NASA would have to pay up to $85 million dollars to have Russia launch another Soyuz rocket and crew to pick her up.  NASA was not inclined to do so. 

The only other way Aunon-Chancellor could be flown back to earth early was if there was an emergency on the space station requiring all crew members to be evacuated. 

Unconfirmed reports claim that during this time, the toilet on the American side of ISS broke down, forcing the American crew to employ diapers.  Auñón-Chancellor allegedly took issue with this, complained, and requested special accommodations to use the Russian crew’s habitation module toilet.  Her request was allegedly denied. 

NASA has not confirmed nor denied the broken toilet incident that may have set the subsequent events in motion.

According to Russian sources, while the Russian crew was performing scheduled maintenance on ISS,  Auñón-Chancellor went to their bathroom and drilled the holes in retaliation and as a means to force an emergency return back to earth without  NASA having to pay the Russians $85 million dollars.

There was a reasonable chance the drilled hole would not be located by the crew in time.  The Russians would have to use the same habitation module to return the crew back to earth. The drilled holes in the module would have never been discovered on earth because the module would be discarded and burned up in earth’s atmosphere during reentry.

Aside from the claims of Auñón-Chancellor’s psychotic behavior, her alleged actions suggest that it was not entirely an insane plan by a crazy person, but rather a well calculated and deliberate crime.

The Russian media has cited claims of NASA’s stonewalling of Roscosmos’ investigation.  A video recording on board the space station which monitors the common area between American and Russian capsules was “mysteriously” not made available. NASA also refused to allow Russians to examine the drills on board ISS to test them for metal shavings.  Upon return to earth, both Russian crew members submitted to polygraph tests while NASA refused to conduct or allow a polygraph test on Serena Marie Auñón-Chancellor.  NASA also refused to provide her psychological and medical evaluation results.

The allegations and NASA’s response raises legitimate questions.  This is not the first time female NASA astronauts have been accused of serious misconduct.

In 2019, NASA astronaut Anne McClain was accused of committing crimes from space against her ex-wife during their bitter divorce and child custody battle.  The drama involved McClain’s attempt to gain custody of her ex-wife’s biological son who was born to the woman prior to her meeting McClain.  The personal and legal drama raised accusations while McClain was on NASA’s mission on ISS.  McClain was accused of using ISS computers in space to stalk and snoop on her ex-wife’s bank accounts and transactions.  McClain denied any wrongdoing and was not charged with any crimes, nor reprimanded by NASA.

In 2007, NASA astronaut Lisa Nowak packed a drilling hammer, an 8-inch buck knife, a disc of female bondage instructions, a map of her target’s neighborhood, gloves, a wig, BB gun, pepper spray, four feet of rubber tubing, duct tape, and other items in to her husband’s car.  She then allegedly used two diapers in order to avoid bathroom breaks as she drove non-stop for 900 miles from Texas to Florida in order to execute an attack on her astronaut ex-lover’s new girlfriend.  The assault took place at the Orlando airport, after Nowak allegedly stalked her victim for two months. Novak was arrested and pleaded guilty to several felonies.

After that widely publicized incident, NASA instituted psychological testing.  

But in 2018, regarding questions of Aunon-Chancellor’s condition on ISS and the hole drilling incident, NASA’s official pubic statement was: “To protect their privacy, the agency will not discuss medical information regarding crew members.”’ 

One Russian blogger writing about Auñón-Chancellor allegations wrote that Russians rarely send women in to space because women tend to fail psychological stress tests required for such jobs.

Some may immediately label such statements, and even such tests, as anti-woman, however, that comment raises the question of whether NASA is hiring people based on merits and their abilities to do the required jobs, rather than based on positive discrimination.

The question organizations such as NASA, US Department of Defense,  and all law enforcement agencies have to address is whether they are hiring the best possible people for the job.

The evidence seems to be, that they are not.  NASA is more interested in publicizing a “Historic All Women Spacewalk”, while its astronauts depend on Russians and their all male crews to fly them to and from ISS on Russian built rockets.

America must overcome identity politics and employ only the best people for the job based on merit rather than on political diversity quotas of sex, race, or gender.

If America fails to change its course and hire the absolute best men and women for the job, then psychologically unstable astronauts drilling holes in a $150 billion space station will be the least of our problems.

A Maine prosecutor, sheriff’s deputies, police officer and town selectman were among a dozen individuals charged in federal court on Wednesday in connection with a $13 million dollar illegal drug operation.

According to federal charges, Franklin county prosecutor Kayla Alves tipped off the police officers involved in the conspiracy about the surveillance and the federal criminal investigation in to the drug enterprise.  She is also charged with tempering with evidence.

It is not clear how district attorney Andrew Robinson overlooked all the criminality around him, while his assistant DA Kayla Alves was fully aware of the federal investigation and surveillance where local police officers, sheriff’s deputies, and a local politician were either employed by, or were partners of, the criminal enterprise that was under federal investigation for drug trafficking. It is possible Kayla Alves was not properly trained or supervised. Her highly reputable attorney, Walter McKee, stated she did nothing illegal.

Nevertheless, there are a lot of serious federal charges and in order to gain a better understanding, a closer examination of Andrew Robinson’s DA office and its priorities is warranted.

As prosecutor, Kayla Alves handled domestic violence cases in Robinson’s DA office.  Robinson started his own prosecutorial career handling domestic violence cases and made women’s issues one of the main priorities of his administration. Holding a radical feminist world view has been a long standing political litmus test for Maine prosecutors. It is virtually impossible to become a district attorney in Maine without bowing to radical feminists who run the domestic violence racket using millions of dollars of federal funds.

In May of this year, for example, Robinson wrote a strong letter to Maine Legislature’s Judiciary Committee in support of a new Bill that would allow gender discrimination in prostitution cases.  The law would allow prostitutes criminal immunity and expungement of past convictions.  This would likely result in even more prostitution.  However, under the proposed law men would face “increased penalties” and harsher prosecution for engaging prostitutes.   Robinson’s sexist position views female criminals as victims who need to be protected from criminal records, and criminal prosecution applied based on gender rather than on facts and evidence in each case.

In a truly Orwellian fashion Robinson called this an “Equality Model”.

Some Maine prosecutors see the world through ‘The Power and Control Wheel’ which was fabricated out of thin air by a couple of unqualified radical feminists to justify blaming men accused by any woman.  Perhaps Robinson has been more focused on how to spend the federal Violence Against Women Act grants or to find more men to prosecute rather than noticing the $13 million dollar drug empire operating in his district with the help of his staff and local law enforcement.  Clearly local corruption was not Robinson’s priority.

Perhaps the federal prosecutors should use DA Robinson’s “Equality Model” to hold him responsible as a man and supervisor of Kayla Alves. Using the same logic Maine prosecutors employ against men, the ‘power dynamic’ in his DA office should be taken in to consideration.  And perhaps federal prosecutors should consider Kayla Alves’ feelings for any possible criminal charging decisions against DA Robinson. After all, in Maine criminal charging decisions are often based on ‘believing all women’ and their feelings about their inner thoughts rather than their actions.

Perhaps what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

And while many Maine men get little to no sympathy from the State as they struggle with economic hardship and substance abuse, what they do get is criminal prosecutions, imprisonment, and their lives permanently destroyed.  The suicide rate of Maine men is off the charts.  For many years suicide was the number one cause of death of Maine men in their prime. Today it’s ranked number two just below drug overdose deaths.

Is it possible that some Mainers may have been victimized twice by some of these same law enforcement officials; once when they were sold the illicit drugs and a second time when they were prosecuted for buying them? There needs to be more investigations and criminal accountability. 

This case is likely just the tip of the iceberg in Maine, where far greater civil rights crimes are committed by officials, with impunity, throughout the Maine justice system. Maine’s Attorney General is responsible with oversight and prosecution of civil rights crimes. Yet his office has not held any prosecutors or police accountable for misconduct even after court findings of egregious violations.

Perhaps federal authorities and the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division could investigate the rampant corruption that plagues the Maine justice system. And perhaps, DA Robinson and the Maine Judiciary Committee could recall that the real “Equality Model” is detailed in the U.S. Constitution where laws must be applied and enforced equally regardless of anyone’s gender, race, or their social or political status.

Last week New York City Council voted to end police officers’ qualified immunity from lawsuits.  Last year Colorado and Connecticut passed laws ending police immunity, and states of New Mexico, Florida, and Maine are currently considering similar legislation. These efforts need to be expanded to all states and broadened to eliminate qualified immunity of police officers and absolute immunity of prosecutors. 

I personally experienced a 12 year legal nightmare that eventually resulted in the first prosecutor in Maine’s history to be disciplined through my bar complaint, and several police and prosecutors settling my Federal civil rights lawsuit against them.  It took years to fight through the maze of legal obstacles.  My final results were extremely rare as it is virtually impossible to overcome police and prosecutorial immunity in court.  

In Maine, state representative Jeffrey Evangelos introduced a new bill called An Act To Eliminate Qualified Immunity for Police Officers.  Some in law enforcement have voiced their opposition, arguing that it would impede their work unless they have immunity from lawsuits for misconduct.  It is a very cynical argument, suggesting that police can only do their job if they have immunity to violate people’s rights.  It is the same type of argument prosecutors make to defend their own absolute immunity.

Rather than help protect the efficacy and integrity of the justice system, qualified and absolute immunity allows state actors to engage in civil rights abuse with impunity.  I personally experienced police and prosecutors engage in egregious misconduct such as withholding crucial exculpatory evidence and fabricating false evidence and reports.  Police and prosecutors are almost never held accountable for their misconduct.  Even after all the unprecedented court findings in my case, no one even faced reprimand from their superiors, or from the attorney general. The actors in question were not even put on the Giglio list, which requires a record and disclosure to defense attorneys of any police officers with past credibility issues.

Often, prosecutors and police are not even held to legal and professional standards of conduct by officials who are responsible with their oversight.  Victims of misconduct are usually left with no recourse as most private attorneys will not undertake civil lawsuits against police or prosecutors because they are expensive and virtually impossible to win due to complex immunity protections involved.  And while many who are accused of crimes are only provided underpaid court appointed attorneys to defend them, police and prosecutors get exceptional private defense attorneys from reputable law firms to defend them at public’s expense.

In rare cases where police or prosecutors lose a civil lawsuit, the State or municipal insurance pays the judgement on their behalf.  Ending qualified and absolute immunity would force insurance companies and state and local governments to scrutinize police and prosecutors as a condition of insuring them.  Such forced scrutiny would help protect the public from abusive officials by preventing them from being insurable, hence make them unhireable for positions of power.

The Federal Court’s Final Judgement in my lawsuit called my experience in Maine courts a living example of what Franz Kafka wrote about in his novel “The Trial”.  Similar Kafkaesque abuses will only continue so long as police and prosecutors are not held fully accountable for their misconduct.

The Founding Fathers fought the British crown in order to live free of its nobility’s privilege to abuse their power with full immunity.   It is un-American to continue a relic of that class system, derived directly from the British Common Law of king’s courts, which gave its law enforcers immunity for their misconduct.   We must all be equal under the law and be afforded the same protection of our inalienable Constitutional Rights.  Abolishing police and prosecutorial immunity would help protect people’s rights, and the integrity of the justice system.

Having seen many cases of women getting a pass for violent crimes against men, the details of a recent plea deal given to a female killer in Ellsworth, Maine dispels all illusions about equality and justice.

The case involved a woman named Savanah Lynn Smith who was charged with murdering her boyfriend’s 2 year old daughter, little Kloe Hawksley.

Former prosecutor Mary Kellett-Gray was the woman’s defense co-counsel and negotiated a plea deal with assistant attorney general Leanne Robbin.  The plea deal was accepted by judge Robert Murray.

It allowed Savannah Smith to avoid taking responsibility through a ‘no contest’ plea, also known as an Alford plea.  The sentence was to be “10 years” in prison. With credit for good behavior her attorney stated she will be free in 6 years, however with credit for her time in custody, Smith would likely be freed in just 5 years. 

The plea deal was given despite gruesome details and evidence in the case.

At sentencing, assistant attorney general Leanne Robbin stated that the child died from blunt force trauma to the torso; that “Kloe’s small intestine was severed from her stomach” and that “Kloe was a victim of repeated physical abuse.”

At the hearing, the child’s father, Tyler Hawksley said, “I cannot express enough the pain, anger, and frustration this has caused in these past few years.”

The child’s mother, Keeli Cousins, told the judge that “Every morning when I wake up I have to remind myself that in the end Kloe will no longer be abused. [We] will spend the rest of our lives trying to heal and I can only hope that somehow there is justice for Kloe”.

Defense attorney Mary Kellett advocated for the female killer, arguing that, “She is just 22 now […] she is definitely a probation candidate because of her youth but also her willingness to grow and learn and contribute to society.”

Savannah Smith addressed the court stating, “I’m sorry for the role I had in what happened. I can’t take back anything I did or didn’t do.”

Speaking to local media after the hearing, assistant attorney general Leanne Robbin said the killer “basically spared the family” from a trial and she will now have a chance to turn her life around.  “That’s what it’s all about” said AAG Robbin, “this is a game-changer for her, to accept responsibility for manslaughter.” 

Did Kloe’s parents feel “spared” from a criminal trial?  Do they believe 5 years in prison, no admission of responsibility, and helping the child killer turn her life around is what justice is “all about” in this case?

Kellett’s co-counsel, defense attorney Jeffrey Silverstein, told the media that “I know that the family had some misgivings, but these cases are always in the nature of compromise.”

At sentencing, judge Robert Murray stated, “Savannah Smith, you did recklessly cause the death of Kloe Hawksley”. 

Does that mean the investigation, the medical examiner’s report, and the murder charge were all just trumped up?  On one hand the prosecution presented medical examiner’s findings of Kloe’s repeated abuse and very violent cause of death.  On the other hand, they gave a plea deal and ignored their own evidence in order to call it a “recklessly caused” death by manslaughter.

Having followed many cases in Maine, such mental and legal gymnastics have only been performed for female perpetrators.  Whether it’s for murder, manslaughter, assault, or child molestation; female offenders in Maine routinely get outrageous plea deals, while men get punished by the system even for baseless accusations made by scorned ex-lovers.

Females in Maine also get special treatment by the media and domestic violence groups.  In little Kloe’s case, no one in the media dared call it a ‘domestic violence homicide’.   Nor did Maine domestic violence groups issue press releases, hold vigils, or voiced outrage about the plea deal.  Little Kloe’s family and friends were apparently left to fight for justice on their own.

Had Kloe’s killer been a man, the media would endlessly demonize him and create political outrage.  Domestic violence groups would hold vigils and issue press releases demanding even stricter new laws and even more funding for their organizations.

Maine’s progressively Orwellian domestic violence laws and “risk assessments” are apparently reserved only for men.  Savannah Smith had three young children of her own and was allowed to remain free for 1 ½ years before she was even arrested and charged with murdering little Kloe.

But this really is less about Savannah Smith and more about how such cases are handled.

The same justice system that pretends to give men a fair trial plays a different game of ‘pretend’ for female offenders.  Even when investigations of female crimes are actually conducted, the evidence often ends up being deemed as somehow insufficient for prosecution.  Female feelings, motives, and personal circumstances are given extraordinary weight to allow very special treatment using very different standards.  

In the case of little Kloe, the public was gaslighted to believe that the plea deal resulted in Smith taking full responsibility to be paid for with “10 years” in prison while “sparing the family from a trial”.  Even the prosecutor in the case was publicly advocating for this female as if she is the victim.  How many prosecutors publicly advocate for game changing plea deals to help male child killers turn their life around?

A system which abuses power for political and personal agendas is not a system that is concerned with truth or justice.  Like countless male victims in Maine, little Kloe Hawksley and her family are victims of Maine’s radical feminist justice system that has made female criminals a protected class.  

Those who have dealt with that corrupt and biased system, and its officers, understand that they are not concerned with truth or justice.

Nothing can illustrate it better than a judge, a prosecutor, and defense attorneys showing more concern for a female killer’s future than for a 2 year old child who she brutally killed.

My name is Vladek Filler.  In 2007 I was falsely accused by my then wife when I sought to end our marriage and gain custody of our children.  What followed were coached allegations, trumped up charges, prosecutions, false convictions, false imprisonment, appeals, my complete vindication, and a first of its kind Bar complaint and civil rights lawsuit.

I have appeared before Maine’s District Court, Superior Court, Supreme Court, Federal U.S. District Court, and the U.S. 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.  At last count, some 22 judges were involved in this living nightmare which spanned 12 years.   My case has been the subject of national media reports, legal case studies, and legislative discussions.

When my ordeal began, I was faced with a different reality where evidence of the truth did not matter to those pursuing the prosecution; nor did it matter to those responsible with oversight.  I experienced officials ignoring the truth, violating laws and court orders, withholding and destroying exculpatory evidence, fabricating evidence, and openly lying to the court and jury with impunity. 

The Federal District Court in its 2019 final judgment equated my “horrendous experience with the criminal justice system in Maine to [the novel] THE TRIAL by Franz Kafka.”

Despite court findings and my complaints to the attorney general, not a single Maine official was even fired for engaging in egregious misconduct in my case.

Repeatedly I urged State and Federal officials to fulfill their most basic oversight obligations.  But no amount of court findings or evidence of crimes ever resulted in law enforcement officials initiating any action or investigation–let alone treat a protected class of offenders the same way innocent people were being destroyed for mere baseless accusations.

My horrendous experience was not unique.   I was one of many men who was falsely accused and maliciously prosecuted in Maine courts.  Countless lives were ruined.

Having fought 12 years of battles on numerous legal fronts in my case, it is my opinion that for average Americans the reality today is only getting worse.  More people are finding themselves faced with a system that acts indifferently to truth and justice.  State and Federal officials are often ignoring basic Constitutional Rights for their own personal and political agendas.  It is clear the system is not going to hold itself to its own standards. 

For the sake of this nation, people must fight by all means necessary to hold all government officials accountable for misconduct.
